Physical Standard Test-
The physical measurement of the candidates will be done in the physical standard training by Delhi Home Guard Recruitment Board. In the physical standard test, the standard of height, chest, height, etc. of male candidates will be checked. And the weight and height of female candidates will be measured. The physical standard test will be done only on the basis of merit. No marks will be given in this training. The details of the physical standard test are as follows-

Physical Efficiency Test-
Physical test will be taken of the persons who pass the physical efficiency test of Delhi Home Guard Recruitment Board. In the physical efficiency test, both male candidates and female candidates will have to complete the race in the stipulated time. In which 1600 M race will be taken from male candidates and 1600 m race will be taken from female candidates. Candidates who pass the physical efficiency test will be invited for the next stage.

In Delhi Home Guard Recruitment, a computer based written test of 80 marks will be conducted for the candidates who pass the physical efficiency test and physical standard test.
