- For JRF: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization with First Division and a Qualified GATE. M.E/M.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization with First Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
- For Project Associate-I: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization from a recognized university or equivalent.
- For Project Associate-II: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / relevant specialization from a recognized university or equivalent with 2 years of experience in the relevant field to the project.
